In February, 2006, Artis Pabriks,  the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Latvia, visited Japan for the first time.  During his trip he also visited the Shinjinbukan Honbu Dōjō in Okinawa.  A Martial Arts demonstration was performed for Artis and his delegation.   Afterwards, training continued until past 2 AM...
